Please be advised that there have been recent incidents where residents have entered the Building Millennium Residence Management Office and entered into the back area of the office and have verbally and physically harassed the BMO team. Please be advised that this behavior is against the rules and regulations of the MR and that the following measures are being instituted.
Residents must stay in the waiting area at the front of the office unless they are specifically invited by a senior member of the BMO team to enter into the back office. It is the intent of the BMO team that most matters can be handled from the visitor’s area in the office. Signs have been posted to remind visitors to the office of this restriction.
Additional security team members have been assigned to the MR on a temporary basis to help ensure that the BMO team and other residents are not harassed.
We regret to have to take these measures, as most of the residents and visitors are able to conduct their affairs in a courteous manner.
There will be additional discussion of these matters at the AGM for Co-Owners in June 2017.

มิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ – การยกระดับการรักษาความปลอดภัย
เรียน ผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน
ด้วยเกิดเหตุมีผู้พักอาศัยได้เข้ามาในพื้นที่ด้านในสำนักงานและมีพฤติกรรมคุกคาม พูดข่มขู่ และทำร้ายร่างกายเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ซึ่งพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวขัดต่อระเบียบข้อบังคับของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ดังนั้นจึงมีความจำเป็นต้องเพิ่มมาตรการดังต่อไปนี้
- ผู้พักอาศัยที่มาติดต่อสำนักงานนิติฯ ต้องอยู่ในพื้นที่บริเวณส่วนหน้าเท่านั้น ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ที่จัดไว้ให้บริการผู้พักอาศัย เว้นแต่จะได้รับการนัดหมายหรือคำเชิญจากฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ให้เข้ามาภายในบริเวณด้านในของสำนักงาน ตามป้ายประกาศที่ติดไว้เพื่อให้ผู้มาติดต่อทุกท่านรับทราบการสงวนสิทธิ์เข้ามาพื้นที่ห้ามเข้า
- เพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยภายในพื้นที่มิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ เฉพาะกิจเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่านรวมถึงฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จากการถูกคุมคาม
ทางนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ มีความเสียใจที่ต้องใช้มาตราการเหล่านี้ ทั้งที่ผู้พักอาศัย และผู้มาติดต่อส่วนใหญ่นั้นสามารถติดต่องานได้อย่างสุภาพ
