As announced previously the Millennium Residence pool rectification work has now started and will take approximately 4 months to complete. Pool area access is now restricted to authorized personnel only.
Please use the elevator behind Tower B for access to the fitness center at the 4th floor in the clubhouse building
Noise Disturbances
The pool contractor (CMI) will start the pool tile and mortar demolition starting from 22 April 2017 followed by concrete structure and possible steel rebar repair. Depending on the amount of repair needed this work is expected to take around 5 weeks to complete. There will be periods with loud noise whilst this work is ongoing (from Monday to Saturdays only).
Temporary traffic route changes in the car park area
An area has been cornered of on level 3 at zone C and D for temporary storage. Alternative temporary parking space has been allocated to the affected co-owners. As a result the travel routes have also been modified as per schematic below.

เรื่อง การซ่อมแซมสระว่ายน้ำ
เรียน ผู้พักอาศัย
ตามที่นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาสระว่ายน้ำซึ่งตามแผนการดำเนินการจะใช้ระยะเวลาประมาณ 4 เดือน บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำจึงถูกปิดกั้นพื้นที่เฉพาะผู้ที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น
หากท่านผู้พักอาศัยท่านต้องการใช้บริการศูนย์ออกกำลังกาย กรุณาใช้ลิฟต์โดยสารบริเวณด้านหลังอาคาร บี ในการขึ้นใช้บริการอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์ ชั้น 4
ผลกระทบที่เกิดจากเสียงรบกวน
บริษัท ซาวิล มาสเตอร์ฯ จะเริ่มดำเนินการรื้อถอนกระเบื้องและสกัดพื้นปูนซีเมนต์ในวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2560 ตามด้วยการดำเนินการแก้ไขโครงสร้างปูนและเหล็กเส้น ซึ่งอาจจะใช้ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการประมาณ 5 สัปดาห์ ซึ่งในช่วงเวลาที่มีดำเนินการ จะมีเสียงดังที่เกิดจากการทำงาน (ตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ถึงวันเสาร์)
การเปลี่ยนการจราจรที่ลานจอดรถชั่วคราว
เนื่องจากบริเวณลานจอดรถชั้น 3 โซนด้านอาคาร ซี และ อาคาร ดี บางบริเวณถูกใช้สำหรับห้องเก็บอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ทำให้มีผลกระทบกับผู้พักอาศัยบางท่าน ดังนั้นฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จึงต้องขอให้ท่านใช้เส้นทางการจราจรชั่วคราวตามแผนผังด้านล่าง
