Please be informed that the contractor will carry out the external cladding water leak testing and reseal the sealant at Millennium Residence Tower A by the rappelling and water spraying method which will direct effect on the unit type D2 and indirect to unit type A. This testing and resealing work is scheduled as per the following details:

Step 1:  Water Spraying (leak test)

• ·         Please ensure that all your windows are properly closed and locked during the mentioned period.
• ·         Please keep your balcony clear in order to prevent any dirtiness or damages may occur.
• ·         For the privacy reason, if you are in the unit during these period of time, kindly close the curtain because the rappelling team may pass down.

เรื่อง     แก้ไขน้ำรั่วจากด้านนอก อาคาร เอ

เรียน    ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย

ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่าผู้รับเหมาจะมีการดำเนินการทดสอบน้ำรั่วจากแผ่นอลูมิเนียมผนังด้านนอกบางส่วนที่อาคาร เอ โดยผู้รับเหมาจะดำเนินการโรยตัวและฉีดน้ำจากด้านนอกอาคาร ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินการดังกล่าวห้องชุดที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงคือ ห้องชุดแบบ ดี 2 ห้องชุดที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยอ้อมคือห้องชุดแบบ เอ ตามกำหนดการดังต่อไปนี้

ในระหว่างดำเนินการท่านอาจจะได้รับผลกระทบจากการทดสอบครั้งนี้ ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จึงขอให้ท่านปฏิบัติ ดังนี้

• กรุณาปิดและล็อคหน้าต่างทุกบานในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว
• กรุณาเคลื่อนย้ายสิ่งของจากระเบียงเพื่อป้องกันสิ่งสกปรกและความเสียหายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
• ทีมทดสอบอาจโรยตัวผ่านห้องชุดของท่าน เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวจึงแนะนำให้ท่านปิดผ้าม่านในช่วงเวลาดำเนินการทดสอบข้างต้น
