Road Repairs And New Pavement Of The Roads (June 21, 2018 Update)

Please be informed that this project will be postponed until end of rainy season this year.

In the meantime, the Millennium Residence Management Committee will look into the project/work details prior to execute the work.

For your information and thank you for your patience and understanding.

MRCJP has contracted with CCC Intertrading Company Limited to carry out road repairs and new pavement of the roads around the Millennium Residence compound and work will commence as shown in the project schedule below.

The work program are divided into 3 zones and will require road closures at certain times throughout the project.

The contractor will be starting work on Friday 22 June 2018 at 22.00 hrs. and will finish on Saturday 23 June 2018 around 16.00 hrs.

Inconvenience / Disruption to Residents during the road repairs and new pavement of the roads

* Road Closure and Traffic Re-Route. Two-Way traffic applied.

* Exit/Entrance at guard house Soi 16 will be CLOSED on Saturday 23 June 2018 during 09.00 – 12.00 hrs. Please use entrance at Soi 20 during mentioned period, this is including our shuttle bus service.

* Exit/Entrance to the Millennium Residence Towers will be at the back of towers only.

* Vehicle drop off will be allowed 5 minutes at the car parking garage at ground floor only (in front of the lift).

* Shuttle bus stop point on Saturday 23 June 2018 will be at Tower C only.

* Mover Trucks are not allowed to come in on Saturday 23 June 2018.

* Visitors parking spaces in the car parking garage are available only 12 spaces.

Impact/Effect of the road repairs and new pavement of the roads.

* Noise, smell and dust will be expected from the trucks and machines during the road repairs and new pavement of the roads.

* Crumbled asphalt may be expected after open the road.

Safety Precaution/Measurement during the road repairs and new pavement of the roads

* Eleven (11) security guards deployed on certain spots to facilitate the traffic flow.
* Additional lighting/spotlights and safety cones.

* In case of emergency, only ambulance and/or fire truck can access anytime.

We sincerely appreciate the understanding and patience of our residents during the road repairs and new pavement of the roads.

MRCJP and CCC will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ผู้พักอาศัยโปรดทราบ: แจ้งปิดถนนเพื่อซ่อมแซมและปูพื้นถนนรอบอาคาร

เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย

นิติบุคคลฯ ทำสัญญาจ้างกับ บริษัท ซีซีซีอินเตอร์เทรดดิ้ง จำกัด เพื่อดำเนินการซ่อมแซมและปูพื้นถนนรอบอาคาร และจะเริ่มดำเนินการตามแผนที่ระบุไว้ โดยทำงานแบ่งออกเป็น 3 โซน และจะต้องมีการปิดถนนในบางช่วงเวลาระหว่างดำเนินการ

ผู้รับเหมาจะเริ่มทำงานในวันศุกร์ที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2561 เวลา 22.00 น. และจะสิ้นสุดในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2561 ประมาณ 16.00 น.

ผลกระทบ / สิ่งที่กระทบต่อผู้พักอาศัยในการดำเนินการ ดังต่อไปนี้:

ความไม่สะดวก/สิ่งที่รบกวนต่อผู้พักอาศัย

* การปิดถนนและการจัดการเส้นการจราจรใหม่ เปิดให้รถวิ่งสวนเลน
* ทางเข้า- ทางออก อาคารที่ป้อม รปภ. ซอย 16 จะปิดเส้นทางการจราจร ในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2561 ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 น. – 12.00 น. กรุณาใช้เส้นทางซอย 20 ช่วงวัน -เวลา ดังกล่าว รวมถึงการให้บริการรถตู้โดยสาร
* เดิน-เข้าออกทางด้านหลังอาคาร เท่านั้น
* จุดบริการรับ - ส่ง อนุญาตจอด 5 นาที ที่อาคารจอดรถชั้น G เท่านั้น (หน้าลิฟต์โดยสาร)
* รถตู้โดยสารจะจอดรับ – ส่ง ในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2561 ที่หน้า อาคาร ซี เท่านั้น
* รถบรรทุก ขนย้ายไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าพื้นที่ ในวันเสาร์ที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2561
* รถผู้มาติดต่อจะจอดรถที่อาคารลานจอดมีให้บริการจำนวน 12 ช่อง เท่านั้น

ผลกระทบ / สิ่งที่มีผลกระทบ:

* เสียงดัง กลิ่น และฝุ่นละออง จากรถบรรทุกและเครื่องจักร
* หลังจากเปิดถนนแล้วอาจพบว่ามีเศษยางมะตอยร่วน

การป้องกันความปลอดภัย/มาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย

* เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย 11 คน สำหรับอำนวยความสะดวกในการจราจร
* ติดตั้งแสงสว่าง/ไฟส่องสว่างเพิ่มเติม และกรวยจราจร
* ในกรณีฉุกเฉิน เฉพาะรถพยาบาลและ/หรือรถดับเพลิง เท่านั้น ที่สามารถเข้าถึงพื้นที่ได้ตลอดเวลา
