Each year in the Millennium Residence AGM, the audited financial statements and detailed budget review 2018 and budget plan are presented as part of the budget review 2018 agenda.
In order to facilitate a better understanding of MRCJP financial position and planned spending, an open Q&A session will be held on Thursday 24 May 2018 for the audited financial reports and budget planning.
Interested Co-Owners are invited to this session starting from 7:00pm till 9:30pm.

เรื่อง ขอเชิญเข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์การประชุมงบประมาณ
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วม
อ้างถึงการประชุมใหญ่สามัญเจ้าของร่วมประจำปีโดยมีวาระพิจารณารับรองงบการเงินและรายงานรายละเอียดงบประมาณประจำปีนำเสนอในที่ประชุมฯ ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการทำความเข้าใจในงบการเงินของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดมิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ รวมถึงรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ จึงจัดให้มีวาระประชุมสำหรับท่านเจ้าของร่วมที่สนใจเข้าร่วมเพื่อถามตอบเกี่ยวกับรายงานงบการเงินจากผู้สอบบัญชีและงบประมาณประจำปี ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2561 ตั้งแต่เวลา 19.00 น. ถึง 21.30 น. โดยมีหัวข้อการประชุมดังเอกสารที่แนบมาพร้อมนี้
นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าวาระที่มีการถามตอบข้างต้นนั้นจะยังคงบรรจุในวาระการประชุมใหญ่สามัญเจ้าของร่วมประจำปี 2561 ทั้งนี้ ท่านเจ้าของร่วมที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประชุมถามตอบที่แจ้งมาข้างต้น สามารถแจ้งความจำนงได้ที่ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ภายในวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2561 เพื่อฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จะจัดเตรียมสถานที่ประชุมให้เพียงพอต่อผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมต่อไป อนึ่ง การประชุมถามตอบนี้สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะเจ้าของร่วมเท่านั้นเนื่องจากการประชุมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประชุมกรรมการ
