With the reference of Announcement no. PPM/MRS/073/02/2564 and the Common Area Maintenance
Fee for 2021 for Millennium Residence in Bangkok. The building management would like to inform the co-owners and residents of Millennium Residence of the extension of the due date for the Common Area Maintenance Fee extended from 16th April 2021 to 31st May 2021 due to the inconvenience caused by the COVID-19 epidemic
In case of an overdue payment, there is a 12% surcharge rate per year and later than 6-month surcharge rate will be increased to 20% per year
Please clear payment within mentioned period to avoid any surcharge.
