Due to recent Covid-19 cases, please be informed that the Millennium Residence management has taken the following measures and steps:
In following of COVID-19 procedures. the management would like to remind the co-owners and residents that we must insist that all Millennium Residence co-owners and residents strictly follow the following procedures for the safety of all.
1. Wear a mask at all times. Both in the common and public areas of the buildings.
2. Wash your hands with alcohol as often as possible
3. Avoid to touch any part of your body such as nose and face
4. Maintain social distancing of at least 2 meters when outside
5. Support the management in taking your temperature when entering Millennium Residence.
6. If you feel sick, please quarantine yourself in the unit immediately. if symptom is worse in 2 days, please go to hospital to be checked and immediately inform the Millennium Residence management office of the results.
The management will be closing all common facilities of the building effective immediately immediately and will be doing the following;
1. Cleaners will be doing a deep clean of all facilities at Millennium Residence in Bangkok
2. Inspection and announcement of the timeline of the patient from inspection of the CCTV cameras and
discussions with the patient. Informing any persons who might be at risk directly. (will be sent out shortly
following)
3.Advance group Asia will come to disinfect all common areas of the buildings including lifts and other high contact
areas.
Millennium Residence Juristic Persons requests your support in informing the management in the case that you are feeling ill or have been in close contact with any persons who have been infected.
If you have been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19, we request that you strictly quarantine yourself in your unit and the management will support and assign staff to assist with any deliveries to your unit and trash management during the time that you are quarantined.
