Can I buy a condo at Millennium Residence in Bangkok using a Thai company as a foreigner?

It is not recommended to buy any property using a Thai company property ownership structure.

Not least since you can only own 49% of the Thai company anyway with some rare exceptions.

Technically you can, but it is heavily under scrutiny and has been ruled illegal since it goes against the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999)
