What About Road, Parking And Walkway Regulations? Are there any?
The road regulations for Millennium Residences @ Sukhumvit in Bangkok provide the guidelines for using the roads and common areas of the condominium and to ensure the safety of all the co-owners and residents of the Condominium.
1. Limitations of running car engines outside of the towers:
You can not leave your car engine running for too long when holding outside if the towers or you will be fined 2,000 Thai Baht for every case of violation.

2. Entrance and exit driveways around Millennium Residence:
The driveway around the property is corrected to the entrances/exits of Sol 16, Soi 18 (pedestrian only) and Soi 20 (main entrance).
The driveway is set up to allow one-way traffic only. Residents are forbidden to drive against the signed direction and to maintain a low speed in accordance with the limit in the traffic sign when driving on the property's driveway and in the car park areas.
The driveway around the property is for the use of transportation via car or motorcycle only. It is not a designated space for children's play or residents to use for exercise of any kind. All persons using the driveway around the property do so entirely at their own risk.
The management shall not be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to any vehicles, or for any accidents or injuries which may be sustained by any person whether these persons are Millennium Residence co-owners/residents or their guests, or otherwise arising directly or inclusively out of, or in connection with the use of any part of the driveway around the property.
3. Parking Facilities:
Millennium Residence's car park facilities includes 1006 indoor car parking spaces divided on 6 floors and 26 car park spaces outside between the buildings
Car parking areas are only for the parking of licensed, plated and insured motor vehicles, not for any other purposes. It is not a designated space for children's play or residents to use for exercise of any kind.
Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to use the car parking area for any purpose, and must be accompanied by a mature person who is fully responsible for any children under his/her control.
All persons using the parking spaces do so entirely at their own risk. The management shall not be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to any vehicles, or the contents, accessories of any vehicles for any accidents or injuries which may be sustained by any person whether these persons are co-owners/residents or their guests, or otherwise arising directly or inclusively out of, or in connection with the use of any parking spaces.
4. Outdoor Walkway:
Between all towers and car park/clubhouse building are various walkways leading to all parts of the ground floor outdoor area of the property. Residents and co•owners are able to access the clubhouse, car park and each tower lobby through the outdoor walkways.
5. No Unaccompanied Children:
Children below 19 years of age should not be left unaccompanied in the Common Areas of the property. Parents or guardians are required to accompany their children in case they wish to use any common areas of the condominium.
Please ensure that any maid or other person accompanying your child is able to perform an emergency rescue if required.
