Referred to the official announcement of the Government which has issued a list on 12 June, 2020, of facilities
and places allowed to be opened by 15 June 2020 under their term and conditions effective on June 16, 2020.
Common area facilities at Millennium Residence in Bangkok that will be released from 16th June 2020 as listed below:
Opening:
Tennis court
Swimming Pool
Fitness Centers
Vanua
Game room
Playground
Card room
Stream
Sauna
Closed for renovation:
Library room
Party room
Multipurpose room
Meeting room
Terms and conditions (During the outbreak situation of Covid-19)
1) Please always register at 4th floor at the Millennium Residence clubhouse reception (please do fill clear & proper information in case to recheck and identify)
2) Change facilities open & close time to be original time base on MRC handbook rv.06 as following
A.
Fitness
Sun-Thu 5.00 am.-10.00 pm. / Fri-Sat 05.00 am.-11.00 pm.
B. Tennis court
7.00 am. – 10.00 pm.
C. Card room, Game room
9.00 am. – 9.00 pm.
D. Swimming pool
6.00 am. – 10.00 pm.
E. Sauna & Stream room
Sun-Thu 5.00 am.-10.00 pm. / Fri-Sat 05.00 am.-11.00 pm.
3) These regulations are in effective until further notice from the Millennium Residence building Management (Refer to the
announcement of the Government)
4) Other rules will adhere to Millennium Residence condominium Handbook, revision 6th (1 February
2019)
5) User will be checked body temperature before using if caught fever more than 37.5c, reservation will be denied ,please have a physical examination at the hospital at once
Cleaning process:
1) The cleaners will do cleaning every 1 hrs. We request your cooperation in allowing them to clean
the areas during using facilities
2) Seating will be reduced and spread apart to ensure that we are following the protocols
3) Please keep distance while using facilities and wear mask in common area to follow the protocols
