Referred to the official announcement of the Thai Government issued on 29 May 2020 with a list of facilities and places, which have been ordered to be released by 1 June, 2020, under their terms and conditions will be effective on 1 June, 2020.
Common area facilities at Millennium Residence in Bangkok will be released from June 1, 2020.

– Playground

Closed:
– Steam
– Sauna
Closed For Renovation:
– Library Room
– Party Room
– Meeting Room
– Multipurpose Room
Terms and conditions (During the outbreak situation of Covid-19)
1) Please always register at the 4th floor at the Millennium Residence clubhouse reception (please do fill clear & proper information in case to recheck and identify)
1.1) For Fitness, Swimming pool, Card room, Game room are not required to reserve in advance
1.2) For Tennis court can be made up booking at the management office (3 day in advance)
1.3) All facilities in list will be open from 06.00 to 20.00 hrs. Every day. Due to curfew all staff spend time for cleaning and traveling
1.4) Stream room and Sauna room are closed (base on government announcement)
1.5) User will be checked body temperature before using if caught fever more than 37.5c, reservation will be denied ,please have a physical examination at the hospital at once.
2) Reserved the right for Millennium Residence residents only, No Personal Trainers from outside allowed during this period.
3) These Millennium Residence regulations are in effective until further notice from the Millennium Residence building Management (Refer to the announcement of the government) to Other rules will adhere to Millennium Residence condominium Handbook, revision 6th (1 February 2019)
Cleaning process:
1) The Millennium Residence cleaners will do cleaning every 1 hrs. We request your cooperation in allowing them to clean the areas during using facilities
2) Seating will be reduced and spread apart to ensure that we are following the protocols
3) Please keep distance while using facilities and wear mask at playground to follow the protocols
