Uncleaned Alu-Cladding

With reference to the exterior window and Millennium Residence Alu-Cladding cleaning program has been carried out since November last year and the contractor is about to handover the work to BMO soon.

Therefore, we would like to ask for your assist to help checking the uncleaned Alu-Cladding from your apartment since the BMO has the limitation to access and inspect some certain areas.

The below pictures are the sample of uncleaned Alu-Cladding been sent from the residents which is very helpful to us to notify the contractor and ensure they complete the work.

Please do not hesitate to send us the photo of uncleaned Alu-Cladding to email address MRCwindowscleaning2017@gmail.com within August 17, 2018.

We then will gather all comments and notify the contractor accordingly for their urgent action plan.

เนื่องจาก ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ มีข้อจำกัดในการเข้าถึงและตรวจเช็คพื้นที่บางจุด
