We know that we have been dormant for quite some time in this blog for several various reasons.
This Millennium Residence website has been operational all the way back since 2010 for the benefit of all co-owners and residents at Millennium Residence as this major landmark in Bangkok did not have any source of information which is a shame for a major project such as Millennium Residence.
The text and pictures on this website has been replicated, non authorized of course, on many listings throughout the web.
We have been working very hard with the website and devoted a huge amount of (unpaid) time and expenses out of pocket to maintain the website in addition to keep all pictures, etc, posted on Google posted by others relevant and to a high quality.
Weirdly, we also received threatening letters to adjust some things on the website despite that we reached out a hand for co-operation for everyones benefit which was, unfortunately, then rejected.
Some appreciation could have been expressed but, very disheartening, it was quite the opposite.
Apparently, the train of thought was too have absolutely no online representation for Millennium Residence whatsoever and no common source for information other than emails being sent out.
That pretty much was a major buzzkill to keep the website going.
We even rejected several attempts for real estate brokers to buy the website for purely commercial purposes.
But we have received an overwhelming support by many co-owners and residents to keep going asking us why we do not post any more updates.
We also do believe that having a proper website increase the overall first hand impression and overall quality that Millennium Residence in Bangkok actually stands for and that should not be repressed by commercial interests.
We have decided to keep the website up because Millennium Residence deserves it and should not be in the hands of commercial interests neither from the outside nor from the inside.
Not least since there is a new management company in place that will be reached out to in due time to see if we can get a co-operation going for free listings (buy, rent, sell) and information flow.
We will not post any general updates until such time we know how too move forward and under what criteria.
