Please be informed that the Millennium Residence tennis court is temporarily closed as The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) Klongtoey has sent a notice to the Millennium Residence Juristic Person and has demand that the MR temporary stop using the tennis court due to a number of complaints from the neighbours regarding tennis balls which have landed in their property causing disturbance/damage to them.
The BMA has investigated these complaints and have found that no net covering the top of tennis court to block the ball from going outside hence the tennis court is temporarily closed.
Therefore, BMA has demanded the tennis court to be temporary stop servicing until the improvement has done.
Thus, we regret to inform that the tennis court will be temporary closed from 23 March 2018 at 4:00 PM. onward. BMO are coordinating with the BMA. We will keep you informed after we meet with them on Monday, March 26th. If necessary, a net will be installed.

ประกาศ ปิดสนามเทนนิสชั่วคราว

นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ได้รับหนังสือจากสำนักงานเขตคลองเตยแจ้งขอให้ระงับการใช้สนามเทนนิสชั่วคราว เนื่องจากได้รับร้องเรียนจากเพื่อนบ้านข้างเคียงว่ามีลูกเทนนิสตกลงไปที่บริเวณบ้านบ่อยครั้ง ทำให้ได้รับความเดือดร้อนและหรือเสียหาย สำนักงานเขตคลองเตยดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อร้องเรียนพบว่าสนามเทนนิสไม่มีตาข่ายปิดด้านบนสำหรับกั้นลูกเทนนิส ดังนั้น สำนักงานเขตคลองเตยจึงมีคำสั่งให้อาคารชุดมิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ ระงับการใช้สนามเทนนิสจนกว่าจะมีการแก้ไข
นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่าสนามเทนนิสจะปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 23 มีนาคม 2561 เวลา 16.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ดำเนินการประสานงานไปยังสำนักงานเขตคลองเตยแล้วและจะแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ท่านทราบอีกครั้งหลังจากที่เข้าพบเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเขตคลองเตยในวันจันทร์ที่ 26 มีนาคม 2561 ซึ่งอาจจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งตาข่าย
