Swimming Pool Update (May 4, 2018)

Regarding the status of the swimming pool we would like to provide you with the following swimming pool update May 4, 2018

The pool contractor, CMI has completed the tiling work and has demobilized their crews from site.

The remaining work for CMI is to remove the sun cover, barricades and clean the pool.

This activity is on hold until the specialty concrete contractor, completes the drainage work which was advised last week.

Heavy rains over the last week have slowed Hammesmith's progress but their work is ongoing and coring activities are almost complete.

During the next week they will reinstall the pool water inlet piping and start grouting activities.

On this swimming pool update May 4, 2018, the current projection is for Hammersmith to complete their work during the week of May 14th.

We will provide a weekly update on their progress as well as work with them to expedite the remaining activities.

A number of Co-Owners have asked to view the status of the rectification work.

เรื่อง แจ้งความคืบหน้างานซ่อมแซมสระว่ายน้ำ

เรียน เจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย

นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงสถานะของงานซ่อมแซมสระว่ายน้ำ ผู้รับเหมาบริษัทซีวิลมาสเตอร์ จำกัด (CMI) ได้ดำเนินการปูกระเบื้องเสร็จแล้วและพนักงานทั้งหมดได้ออกจากพื้นที่สระว่ายน้ำเรียบร้อย โดยบริษัท CMI เหลือเพียงการรื้อตาข่ายบังแสงออกและทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ยังไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้จนกว่าผู้รับเหมาสำหรับพื้นคอนกรีตจะดำเนินการระบบระบายน้ำซึ่งได้รับคำแนะนำเมื่อสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว เนื่องจากฝนตกหนักในช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมาทำให้ความคืบหน้าของงานล่าช้า แต่ยังมีการดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องและอยู่ในขั้นตอนของการเจาะพื้นที่สระว่ายน้ำ ซึ่งแผนการดำเนินการในสัปดาห์หน้าจะติดตั้งท่อน้ำเข้าสระว่ายน้ำและจะเริ่มทำยาแนว ซึ่งกำหนดการจากผู้รับเหมา (แฮมเมอร์สมิท) จะเสร็จสิ้นการทำงานในช่วงสัปดาห์ของวันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2561 นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ จะรายงานความคืบหน้าให้ท่านทราบเป็นรายสัปดาห์ตลอดจนกว่าการดำเนินการจะแล้วเสร็จและจะพยายามดำเนินการทุกวิถีทางเพื่อให้สระว่ายน้ำกลับมาใช้งานได้เร็วที่สุด

ทั้งนี้หากท่านเจ้าของร่วมต้องการขอเข้าดูหน้างานซ่อมแซมสระว่ายน้ำ กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ
