Millennium Residence co-owners and Residents returning from foreign countries and not entering the state quarantine are not allowed to take up residence in the buildings.
The management would like to request cooperation from all Millennium Residence co-owners and residents in Bangkok who have returned from foreign countries to enter state quarantine in areas designated by the government and present a state quarantine certificate to the management prior to taking residence in the building.
In case of no state quarantine certificate, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the building, and charge for any costs incurred in case violation is found or reported.
Please notify the management of any potential violation for further safety policies and procedures.
