Re-opening of some facilities in the Millennium Residence common areas (Tennis Court) on 3 May 2020
The Building Management would like to inform you that the Tennis court at Millennium Residence in Bangkok will open again on 3 May, 2020, while other facilities will remain closed until further notice.
Reservation can be made up 3 day in advance by telephone or at the Millennium Residence Management office.
Tennis court terms and conditions (During the outbreak situation of Covid-19) :
– Limit 1 hour per room , It’s not permitted for 2:nd reservation until first reservation have been used and must be reserved in advance 1 day before use – Limit the number of people using 2 peoples.
– Millennium Residence Juristic reserve the right to refrain the reserved hour in case of raining during your booking which may affect the other residents
– No skateboarding, cycling, football, basketball or other unrelated activities which might damage the Millennium Residence tennis court. (Users will be fined 10,000 Baht plus the damage incurred)
– Other rules will adhere to the Millennium Residence in Bangkok condominium Handbook, revision 6th (1 February 2019)
– Users will be checked for body temperature before use. If caught with fever and temperature more than °37.5C, reservation will be denied. Please have a physical examination at the hospital at once if that is the case.
– These regulations are in effective until further notice from the Millennium Residence Building Management (Refer to the announcement of the government)
