Recently the Building Management received land and building tax letter about 30% of all units at Millennium Residence in Bangkok.
According to land tax news on 27 August 2020 Government agency are postponing due date for occupants who didn’t receive the letter and will be exempted of surcharge until they receive the letter accordingly.
As we know, there is a big issue of receiving the letter.
Therefore, our team has sent a letter to the district office requesting the details for all co-owners at Millennium Residence in Bangkok who have not yet received the information and we will send an individual email to each of you with the information.

How to pay the tax:
1) Please wait until you receive letter and settle at krungthai bank or online banking
2) Contact Klongtoey district office 3rd floor (Revenue department 02-2462466, 022490956) with ID or passport, title deed and house registration book
