Please be informed that the contractor will partially remove the metal structure supporting the plant pots of the green wall at the Millennium Residence swimming pool stairs area.
This work is scheduled on 10 – 14 September 2018 during 9.00 am. – 5.00 pm. for safety reason to the residents, the stairs at the swimming pool will be temporarily closed during such period.
The Millennium Residence residents can access to the car park or facilities area from the elevator of back Tower D or C instead.
In addition, you may experience a smell during working period. For the safety reason, please keep away from the working area.

เรื่อง รื้อโครงเหล็กและกระถางต้นไม้ที่สวนแนวตั้ง(บางส่วน)
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า ผู้รับเหมาจะดำเนินการรื้อโครงเหล็กและกระถางต้นไม้ที่สวนแนวตั้ง(บางส่วน) บริเวณบันไดทางขึ้นสระว่ายน้ำ ในวันที่ 10 – 14 กันยายน 2561 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 – 17.00 น. เพื่อความปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว จำเป็นจะต้องปิดกั้นบันไดทางขั้นสระว่ายน้ำ ท่านสามารถใช้ลิฟต์โดยสารด้านหลังอาคารดีและซี เพื่อไปยังอาคารลานจอดรถหรือสระว่ายน้ำ
ทั้งนี้ช่วงระหว่างที่มีการทำงานท่านอาจจะได้รับกลิ่นรบกวนจากการรื้อโครงเหล็ก เพื่อความปลอดภัยขอให้ท่านหลีกเลี่ยงจากบริเวณดังกล่าว
