The Millennium Residence Management Committee (MC) would like to invite the residents to attend a fact finding meeting and the after meeting Party.
The fact finding meeting will include various games for the kids.
Food, snacks, and beverages will be served accordingly.
The purpose of this fact finding meeting is to collect information that can be acted upon with regards to the things we like and dislike at Millennium and we encourage you to join.
Date: Saturday, August 18, 2018
Time: 16.00 – 20.00 hrs.
Venue: Party Room, 5 FL at Clubhouse
Objective
1. Introduction of new board of MC
2. MC to have the opportunity to present the policy and strategy for the term 2018-2020
3. Input from residents so we can list the items that need addressing to make Millennium a better community
4. MC to have the opportunity to know the residents in order to create and promote the campaign “get to know each other and make happy place to live”

เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
คณะกรรมการนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด มิลเลนเนียมเรสซิเดนท์ ขอเรียนเชิญท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่านเข้าร่วมงาน Gather Together เพื่อร่วมพูดคุยกันถึงข้อเท็จจริงต่าง ๆ และรับประทานอาหารร่วมกันหลังจบการการพูดคุย ภายในงานจะมีเกมให้เด็ก ๆ ได้เล่น มีอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้บริการผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่าน วัตถุประสงค์หลักของการพบปะพูดคุยกันครั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลว่าท่านชอบหรือไม่ชอบสิ่งใด/เรื่องใดในมิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ เพื่อนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงต่อไป จึงขอเรียนเชิญทุกท่านเข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าว

วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดงาน
1. แนะนำกรรมการชุดใหม่ให้เจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัยได้รู้จัก
2. ให้คณะกรรมการมีโอกาสนำเสนอนโยบายและแนวความคิดที่จะดำเนินการในปี 2561 – 2563
3. เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล/ข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้พักอาศัย และนำไปพิจารณาดำเนินการเพื่อทำให้ มิลเลนเนียม เรสซิเดนท์ เป็นสังคมการอยู่ร่วมกันที่ดีขึ้น
4. ให้คณะกรรมการได้มีโอกาสทำความรู้จักกับผู้พักอาศัย เพื่อนำเสนอและส่งเสริมการรณรงค์เรื่อง “get to know each other and make happy place to live”
