Extension Of The Due Date Of The Maintenance Fee Payment 2020

The Millennium Residence building management would like to inform you of the extension of the payment for the Millennium Residence Common Area Maintenance Fee from 16’h April 2020 to 15′ May 2020 due to the inconvenience caused from COVID-19 epidemic.

In case of overdue payment, there is 12% surcharge rate per year and later than 6-month surcharge rate will be increased to 20% per year

Please make payment within the mentioned period to avoid any surcharge.
