Please be informed that the team will carry out the silicone caulking on aluminum cladding and fixing hanging rubber on Millennium Residence Tower A as per the following schedule:

• 11 January 2021           Floors 27 – 31                  Zone 1        09.00 — 17.00 hrs.

Recommendation

·     Please ensure all windows are closed as per schedule

·     Keep curtains drawn to ensure privacy

·     Remove all furnitures, plants , decorations, personal items, etc, from balconies.

–    Items should remain off the balcony until work is complete on the entire building.

·     The noises from the sting hitting / glass suckers are expected during the work
