For the common comfort of all Millennium Residence co-owners and residents, please use common sense when it comes to balcony etiquette by following the below rules:
- a) Please do not smoke on the balcony or throw any kind of cigarette butts out of the balcony. They may result in fire incidents and cause trouble for your fellow neighbors.
PERSON WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS NOTICE
WILL BE LIABLE TO A FINE OF NOT MORE THAN 5,000 THB
All in accordance with Section 42 of the Tobacco Products Control Act B.E. 2560 (2017)
- b) Do not water any pot plants or let any object fall or be thrown out from the balcony or any window of your unit. In case the damage of common properties or other units occurs due to such action the Co-owner / Resident(s) will be held responsible for the full loss.
Minimum fine 10,000 baht per occurrence or prosecution according to Thai legislation.
