The building management would like to inform you that we will be replacing portions of the pipes, which are galvanized steel and very rusted to be PPR pipes to provide cleaner water at Millennium Residence Tower A in Bangkok and reduce leakages for all the Millennium Residence co-owners. The pipes that will be changed are require the water to shut off while changing. The working schedule will begin at the following time in Tower A:
Floors: 8 – 24, 12 November 2020, 10AM-4PM
Floors: 25 – 30, 16 November 2020, 10AM-4PM
Floors: 31 – 36 and 48 – 51, 18 November 2020, 10AM-4PM
Floors: 34 – 37, 23 November 2020, 10AM – 4PM
No water will be available during the mentioned times.
- Avoid using water during the mentioned time
- If there is a water filter installed in the room. It is necessary to temporarily close the valve at the strainer and after the work is completed. Please open the tap to drain the sludge and rust that has been mixed in the water until it’s clear
During working in progress we recommend that you stock up on water bottles, please be noted that the bathrooms in the Millennium Residence clubhouse on the 4:th floor will be working.
