The new pest control company will be starting on October 1, 2020, at Millennium Residence.

Initial service
· Fumigate in common area 4 days/month
· Pest control in facilities area 1 day/month
· Pest Control in unit 2 day/month (Arranged on mid-moth)
· For special, case requesting will be responded within 48 hrs.
· Sanitizing misting machine in common area 3 times/ year
· Anti-cockroach gel service in unit and common area
· Inspection by Specialist and Reporting 1 time/month
Specified Insect and animal list in service contract
· Ant
· Cockroach
· Mice
· Termite
