Please be advised that there was a general alarm which sounded this afternoon around 2 PM.
THERE WAS NOT ANY FIRE INCIDENT that caused this alarm.
The cause of the general alarm was due to a software issue after a routine end to end test.
During the general alarm, which occurred in all 5 buildings, the presence of smoke or particles of combustion were not detected by any devices.
The system has been reset and is being closely monitoring by the engineering and security teams.
Integrate Security Architect Co., Ltd. (ISA), who supplied the system, will be onsite to investigate and troubleshoot the software problem on April 24, 2018 at 11 AM and the cause of the general alarm.

เรื่อง สาเหตุของเสียงสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเตือนภัย
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่ากรณีการเกิดเสียงสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ดังขึ้นทั้งอาคารในวันนี้เวลาประมาณ 14.00 น. นั้น ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากเหตุเพลิงไหม้แต่อย่างใด สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดสัญญาณเตือนภัยดังขึ้นพร้อมกันทุกอาคาร เบื้องต้นสันนิษฐานว่ามาจากโปรแกรมควบคุมการทำงานขัดข้อง ในช่วงที่ช่างอาคารกำลังทดสอบการทำงานของระบบสัญญาณเตือนภัยภายในห้องชุดตามแผนงานปกติ โดยในขณะที่เกิดสัญญาณเตือนภัยดังขึ้นทั้ง 5 อาคารนั้นไม่มีสัญญาณการตรวจจับควันหรือความร้อนส่งสัญญาณมายังตู้ควบคุม ทีมวิศวกรรมได้ทำการรีเซตระบบและเฝ้าดูการทำงานของระบบแจ้งเตือนสัญญาณเตือนภัยอย่างใกล้ชิดร่วมกับทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ได้ประสานให้บริษัท อินทีเกรท ซีเคียวริตี้ อะคิเทค จำกัด ซึ่งผู้ติดตั้งระบบแจ้งเตือนและป้องกันเพลิงไหม้ของอาคารให้เข้ามาตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาโดยเร่งด่วน โดยจะเข้ามาในวันที่24 เมษายน 2561 เวลา 11.00 น.
