BMO receives frequent complaints from Millennium Residence residents regarding unauthorised vehicles parked in their assigned parking space.
We would like remind all residents that every apartment unit has at least one assigned parking space which is labeled with your Unit Number on it.
In addition, please be reminded that parking rules and allowable time limit non-assigned parking space:
– 10 minutes limit for the Drop Off Areas in front of the Tower
– 30 minutes limit for the outside parking including between the Towers
– Not over 24 hours for the visitor parking inside the car park building. The visitor parking spaces are reserved only for the visitor or non-resident of Millennium Residence. The vehicle to park in this space must put the visitor badge in front of the vehicle console, otherwise it will be considered as the illegal parking.
– Any case of parking in Other Resident’s Space will be considered as illegal parking and the fine to be applied immediately
– Any violations will be fined 500 baht for the first notice; 2,000 baht for the second and subsequent notices
– Wheel locks will be applied to vehicles parking in the unassigned areas and/or over the time limit specified in the Rules.

ระเบียบการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถ
เรียน เจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ได้รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากผู้พักอาศัยเป็นจำนวนมากกรณีช่องจอดของตนถูกรถจอดทับที่ รถเข้าจอดในช่องจอดโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบว่าทุกห้องชุดมีช่องจอดรถตามสิทธิ์อย่างน้อยห้องละ 1 ช่องโดยมีเลขที่ห้องชุดระบุอยู่ในช่องจอด ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนแจ้งระเบียบการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถรวมถึงระยะเวลาที่กำหนดดังนี้
– จุดจอดรับส่งด้านหน้าอาคาร จอดได้ไม่เกิน 10 นาที
– ช่องจอดรถผู้มาติดต่อบริเวณรอบนอกอาคาร จอดได้ไม่เกิน 30 นาที
– ช่องจอดรถผู้มาติดต่อในอาคารจอดรถ จอดได้ไม่เกิน 24 ชั่วโมง สงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้มาติดต่อหรือผู้ที่มิได้พักอาศัยในอาคารชุดฯ เท่านั้น โดยต้องวางป้ายผู้มาติดต่อที่ด้านหน้ากระจกรถให้เห็นชัดเจน มิเช่นนั้น อาจพิจารณาเป็นการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถ
– กรณีจอดรถละเมิดในช่องจอดของผู้พักอาศัยท่านอื่น ถือเป็นการฝ่าฝืนระเบียบการใช้พื้นที่จอดรถ ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ดำเนินการตามระเบียบพร้อมบทปรับทันที
– กรณีละเมิดครั้งแรกจะถูกปรับ 500 บาท สำหรับการแจ้งเตือนครั้งที่ 2 และครั้งต่อไปจะถูกปรับ 2,000 บาท
– กรณีจอดรถในช่องจอดที่มิได้ระบุไว้ตามสิทธิ์และ/หรือจอดรถเกินระยะเวลาที่ระเบียบฯกำหนด จะถูกบังคับล้อ
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอขอบคุณท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัยที่ให้ความร่วมมือปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและเคารพสิทธิ์ในการพักอาศัยร่วมกัน
