Due to the strong winds today, the Management office found the external cladding seal to be loose.
We would like to notify the residents at Millennium Residence Tower A, to kindly avoid the area in front of the tower.
The contractor will carry out to reseal the sealant by the rappelling onMonday 6th November 2017 at 10.00 – 15.00 hrs. on the 38thfloor which will direct effect on the unit type A. Kindly be aware as per the following:
- – Please ensure that all your windows are properly closedand locked during the mentioned period.
- – For the privacy reason, if you are in the unit during these period of time, kindly close the curtain because the rappelling team may pass down.

เรื่อง การโรยตัวแก้ไขผนังด้านนอก อาคาร เอ
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
เนื่องจากวันนี้มีลมพัดแรง ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ พบว่า แผ่นผนังด้านนอกอาคารมีการชำรุด จึงขอแจ้งให้ผู้พักอาศัยอาคารเอ โปรดหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณหน้าอาคาร
ทั้งนี้ผู้รับเหมาจะดำเนินการโรยตัวเพื่อซ่อมแซมจากด้านนอกอาคาร ในวันจันทร์ที่ 6 พฤศจิกายน 2560 เวลา 10.00–15.00 น. ชั้น 38 อาคารเอ โดยการดำเนินการดังกล่าวจะมีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับห้องชุดแบบเอ ในระหว่างดำเนินการท่านอาจจะได้รับผลกระทบจากการจากการดำเนินการครั้งนี้ จึงขอให้ท่านปฏิบัติดังนี้
- กรุณาปิดและล็อคหน้าต่างทุกบานในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว
- ทีมอาจโรยตัวผ่านห้องชุดของท่าน เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวจึงแนะนำให้ท่านปิดผ้าม่านในช่วงเวลาดำเนินการดังกล่าวข้างต้น
