Pool Rectification Update December 2016

 

The following is a brief update on the significant events related to this important Millennium Residence Project.

1. Tender Packages have been Issued for the Pool Renovation – The packages have been issued to 9 potential bidders.  Should Co-Owners have any additional bidders they wish to nominate please contact the BMO.  Note that bids will be required by 29 December 2016.

2. Tender Subcommittee – The Tender Subcommittee was formed with volunteers from each tower as well as members from the Management Committee and Performax who are our Engineering Consultant. The first meeting was held on December 1^st and additional meetings are planned for January and February 2017.
3. Collection Status – As of 1 December 87% of the Special Levy funds had been collected.  Thank you to the vast majority of Co-Owners who have paid on time. As a reminder to Co-Owners who have not paid yet please do so during December as Legal Notices will be filed in January on delinquent properties.

4. December Activities –  During December the Pool Deck tender package will be issued for bid and the Project Management Contract will be let.
