Please note that the Millennium Residence contractor will carry out repairs to a water leak of the main pipe at the car parking during on Tuesday 22 August 2017 to 6 September 2017 during 09.00 am. – 17.00 pm. you may encounter the noise and inconvenience during the mentioned period.

 

For those residents who park at the level G and the level Basement 1, you may encounter the inconvenience to park your vehicles during mention period. However, the BMO will provide you the temporary parking space. We will send the details of the reschedule of the rectification to the residents who get affected.

เรื่อง     แก้ไขท่อน้ำดีหลักของอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์

ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารชุดฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่าผู้รับเหมา จะเข้าดำเนินการซ่อมท่อน้ำดีที่รั่ว ซึ่งเป็นท่อจ่ายน้ำดีหลักของอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์ ในวันอังคารที่ 22 สิงหาคม 2560 ถึงวันที่ 6 กันยายน 2560 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 น. – 17.00 น. ซึ่งท่านอาจจะได้รับเสียงรบกวนและความไม่สะดวกในระหว่างการดำเนินการซ่อมแซมในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว

โดยผู้พักอาศัยที่ใช้ช่องจอดรถชั้น G และ ชั้นใต้ดิน 1  ท่านอาจจะได้รับผลกระทบในช่วงเวลาที่มีการดำเนินการ ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารชุดฯ จะจัดเตรียมช่องจอดสำรองให้สำหรับผู้พักอาศัยที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรง โดยรายละเอียดวันและเวลา ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จะแจ้งให้ท่านที่ได้รับผลกระทบทราบอีกครั้ง
