On behalf of the MC, I would like to thank you, our valued Millennium Residence Co-Owners, for attending the last AGM 2017. As you may aware that the voting for the appointment of the Juristic Person Manager failed as only 24.32 per cent Co-Owners voted which is less than the required 25% ratio required by the Condominium Act Bylaws and one candidate did not achieve the 25% ratio. It is essential that the Co-Owners of the MR approve a JPM to act as our legal representative for the two-year period starting 1 August 2017 – 31 July 2019. Therefore, an EGM will be convened to approve/appoint the Juristic Person Manager for 2 years term.
I would like to invite you to join the EGM No.1/2017. The Agenda as shown below will be limited to the two items listed below and your time commitment will be limited. You are strongly urged to participate in the EGM as the current JPM contract will expire on 31 July 2017 and we must have 25% Co-Owner ratio to engage a JPM. In the event you are unable to attend please see the instructions below for submitting your proxy.

ในนามของคณะกรรมการ ผมขอขอบคุณท่านเจ้าของร่วมทุกท่านที่เข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2560 ที่ผ่านมา แต่เนื่องจากการแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการนิติได้รับคะแนนน้อยกว่าร้อยละ 25 ของคะแนนเสียงเจ้าของร่วมทั้งหมด กล่าวคือได้เพียงร้อยละ 24.32 ของคะแนนเสียงเจ้าของร่วมทั้งหมด ดังนั้น ทางนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องเรียกประชุมวิสามัญเจ้าของร่วมเพื่อแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการนิติ โดยมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละไม่เกิน 2 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2560 – 31 กรกฎาคม 2562
ผมขอเรียนเชิญท่านเข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่วิสามัญเจ้าของร่วมครั้งที่ 1/2560 โดยวาระการประชุมจะมีเพียง 2 วาระในการพิจารณาตามรายละเอียดด้านล่างนี้เพื่อให้รบกวนเวลาของท่านให้น้อยที่สุด อนึ่ง การเข้าร่วมประชุมของท่านในครั้งนี้มีความสำคัญมากเนื่องจากสัญญาว่าจ้างผู้จัดการนิติฯ ในปัจจุบันจะสิ้นสุดลงในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2560 และการแต่งตั้งผู้จัดการนิติจำเป็นต้องได้รับคะแนนเสียงไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 25 ของคะแนนเสียงเจ้าของร่วมทั้งหมด กรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมการประชุมได้ด้วยตนเอง ขอให้ท่านมอบฉันทะให้ตัวแทนเข้าร่วมประชุมตามข้อแนะนำด้านล่างนี้
