Please be informed that Naratech Development & Supplies Co.,Ltd. will carry out the external cladding water leak test and reseal the sealant at Millennium Residence Tower D by rappelling and water spraying method which will direct affect on the unit type D1, A and the corridor of level 50 fl. – 51fl. and in direct type D2 PH1 and PH2 .
This testing and resealing work is scheduled as per the following details:

เรื่อง แก้ไขน้ำรั่วจากด้านนอก อาคาร เอ
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า บริษัท นาราเทค ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ แอนด์ ซัพพลาย จำกัด จะดำเนินการทดสอบการรั่วไหลของน้ำจากด้านนอกอาคารและซีลรอยต่อของแผ่นอลูมิเนียมที่อาคาร เอ ด้วยวิธีการโรยตัวและฉีดน้ำจากด้านนอกอาคาร ซึ่งการดำเนินการดังกล่าวจะส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงคือ ห้องชุดแบบ ดี 1 เอ และพื้นที่ทางเดินส่วนกลางชั้น 50 – 51 และห้องชุดที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยอ้อมคือ ห้องชุดแบบ ดี 2 เพลนเฮาส์ 1 และเพลนเฮาส์ 2 การทดสอบและการซีลรอยต่อแผ่นอลูมิเนียม มีกำหนดตามรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้:

ผลกระทบจากการทดสอบและข้อแนะนำเพิ่มเติม
- กรุณาปิดและล็อคหน้าต่างทุกบานในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว
- กรุณาเคลื่อนย้ายสิ่งของจากระเบียงเพื่อป้องกันสิ่งสกปรกและความเสียหายที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
- ทีมทดสอบอาจโรยตัวผ่านห้องชุดของท่าน เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวจึงแนะนำให้ท่านปิดผ้าม่านในช่วงเวลาดำเนินการทดสอบข้างต้น
