Please be informed that the Annual Cleaning of the Exterior Windows and Alu-Cladding of all Millennium Residence Towers will be carried out by Rachayok Company Limited. 

They will start work  on Tuesday 9 January 2018 onwards.

We will announce the cleaning area later. 

Please check the Aluminium Cladding and windows cleaning the work performed and satisfied cleaning of after the contractor finished the execution work.

Please send us the photos or do not hesitate to let us know to further notify the contractor to redo in the process.
