*Notice to Millennium Residence Residents:** Annual Exterior Window & Alu-Cladding Cleaning Rv.1*
As announced, please be informed that the cleaning schedule of the exterior windows and
aluminum cladding of Tower A will be revised as follows:
*Zone 1:* Completed
*Zone 2: During 27 Nov’17- 1 Dec’17*
*Zone 3:* During 4 & 6 December 2017
* **Things You Should Do:*
· Please ensure that all windows are closed to be cleaned as per schedule or
these windows may be skipped
· Keep your windows tighly closed to prevent water from entering your unit
· Keep you curtains drawn to ensure privacy
· Remove all furniture, plants, decorations, personal items, any water
sensitive items, etc. from balcony. Items should remain OFF the balcony
until work is complete on the entire building.
*The cleaning will be carried out half of the building at a time from the
52nd floor down to the 26th floor.*
