With reference to the water leak problems, please be informed that the contractor will carry out the repairing work of the cracks at the external wall of Clubhouse at Millennium Residence.
The repairing areas are shown in the photo below. It is estimated that it will take approximately 20 business days to complete the work; 20 November 2017 – 18 December 2017. The following is the overall sequence of the work:
Zone A: During 20 November 2017 – 8 December 2017 (15 business days)
Zone B: During 12 December 2017 – 18 December 2017 (5 business days)
You may experience the noise, dust and having a smell during the mention period. For the safety reason, please keep away from the working area especially take care of your children.

เรื่อง งานซ่อมผนังร้าวภายนอกอาคารคลับเฮาส์
เรียน เจ้าของร่วม และผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่าน
อ้างถึงปัญหาน้ำรั่วซึมเข้าอาคารคลับเฮาส์ตามรอยร้าวของผนังอาคาร ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบว่าจะมีผู้รับเหมาเข้าดำเนินการซ่อมแซมผนังร้าวภายนอกอาคารคลับเฮาส์ บริเวณที่จะดำเนินการซ่อมแซมแสดงตามรูปภาพด้านล่างนี้ ซึ่งมีระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานประมาณ 20 วันทำการ โดยจะเริ่มดำเนินงานในวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2560 – วันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2560 โดยแบ่งพื้นที่ทำงานดังนี้
โซน A: ดำเนินงานระหว่างวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2560 – วันที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2560 (15 วันทำการ)
โซน B: ดำเนินงานระหว่างวันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2560 – วันที่ 18 ธันวาคม 2560 (5 วันทำการ)
ทั้งนี้ในช่วงวันดังกล่าวอาจมีฝุ่นละออง เสียง และกลิ่นจากการทำงาน ดังนั้นจึงขอให้ท่านหลีกเลี่ยงจากบริเวณดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะเด็กๆ
