Please be informed that the contractor will carry out the repairing work of the cracks at the external wall of the Millennium Residence Clubhouse Level 4 – Recess area.
This work is estimated approximately 5 business days to complete, which is scheduled on 5 – 9 February 2018.
The contractor will try their best to protect the area and keeping the dust down. But you may still experience the noise, dust or odor during the mention period. Please keep away from the working areas especially take care of your children.
Impact to the Residents
For safety reason, the glass door at the Recess area will need to be temporarily closed/blocked during such period.
Please access to the Recess area by using the glass door near the card room in the meantime.

เรื่อง งานซ่อมผนังร้าวภายนอกอาคารคลับเฮาส์ชั้น 4 – บริเวณพื้นที่พักผ่อน
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วม และผู้พักอาศัย
ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ ขอเรียนให้ท่านทราบว่าผู้รับเหมาจะเข้าดำเนินการซ่อมแซมรอยร้าวผนังภายนอกอาคารคลับเฮาส์ ชั้น 4 – บริเวณพื้นที่พักผ่อน บริเวณที่จะดำเนินการซ่อมแซมแสดงตามรูปภาพด้านล่างนี้ ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานประมาณ 5 วันทำการ ระหว่างวันที่ 5 – 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561
ผู้รับเหมาจะพยายามป้องกันการกระจายของฝุ่นละอองให้มากที่สุด แต่ยังคงมีเสียงและกลิ่นในช่วงวันดังกล่าว ดังนั้นจึงขอให้ท่านหลีกเลี่ยงจากบริเวณดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะเด็กๆ
ผลกระทบต่อผู้พักอาศัย
ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัย ฝ่ายบริหารอาคารฯ จำเป็นต้องปิดประตูกระจกที่จะออกไปบริเวณพื้นที่พักผ่อนชั่วคราวในช่วงวันที่ดังกล่าวข้างต้น ผู้พักอาศัยที่จะใช้พื้นที่พักผ่อน โปรดใช้ประตูกระจกด้านข้างห้องการ์ด
