Check the Exterior Window Cleaning

 

As previously announced, please be informed that the exterior windows and aluminum cladding at Millennium Residence Tower A.

Therefore, the cleaning will be handover and redo the unclean units before moving on to the next tower.

The cleaning as per the below schedule:

ZONE: 3 & 4	16 January 2018	09.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

 

Thing You Should Do:

• – Please ensure all windows are closed to be cleaned as per schedule or these windows may be skipped.
• – Keep your windows tightly closed to prevent water from entering your unit.
• – Keep you curtains drawn to ensure privacy.
• – Remove all furniture, plants, decorations, personal items, any water sensitive items, etc.from balcony. Items should remain OFF the balcony until work is complete on the entire building.
• – Kindly put/stick a piece of paper at the uncleaned windows so the cleaning crew (RCY) will be able to notice and clean it when they rappelling to redo during the mentioned above.
• The Cleaning area at the Ground Floor of Tower need to temporary cordoned off.
• During such period of time, in case of emergency, please use the fire exit.

แจ้งผู้พักอาศัยโปรดทราบ: โปรดเช็คกระจกด้านนอกของห้องชุด

ตามที่ได้แจ้งให้ทราบแล้วว่าการทำความสะอาดกระจกด้านนอกและแผ่นอลูมิเนียมของ อาคาร เอ บัดนี้ ผู้รับเหมาจะส่งมอบงานทำความสะอาดและทำความสะอาดซ้ำห้องชุดที่แจ้งว่าไม่สะอาดก่อนที่จะย้ายไปที่อาคารถัดไป ตามกำหนดการดังนี้:

สิ่งที่ต้องทำ:

• โปรดปิดและล๊อคหน้าต่างตามกำหนดเวลาหรือหากเปิดหน้าต่างไว้จะอาจถูกข้ามไป
• ปิดหน้าต่างให้แน่นเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้น้ำไหลเข้าห้องชุด
• ปิดผ้าม่านไว้เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัว
• เคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ต้นไม้ อุปกรณ์ตกแต่งและทรัพย์สินส่วนตัว ออกจากบริเวณระเบียงห้องชุดจนกว่าการทำความสะอาดจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์ทั้งอาคาร
• กรุณาติดกระดาษหรือสติ๊กเกอร์เพื่อเป็นสัญลักษณ์ไว้ที่หน้าต่างด้านในเพื่อให้ทีมทำความสะอาด (RCY) รับทราบและทำความสะอาดอีกครั้ง เมื่อทีมโรยตัวผ่านที่ห้องชุด
• กั้นพื้นที่บริเวณทำความสะอาดบริเวณชั้นล่างของอาคารชั่วคราว ในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว หากมีกรณีฉุกเฉินโปรดใช้ทางหนีไฟ
