No Smoking In The Room Or Balcony

Requesting the cooperation from Millennium Residence co-owners / residents

Recently, the management has received many complaints of disturbance due to smoking in the Millennium Residence units.

Please be reminded that the condominium is a place that is a shared living space, and smoking can directly affect the health of the elderly and children in our community.

Therefore, we would like to request your cooperation in following the Millennium Residence house rules and refrain from smoking in the room and/or on the balcony.

Article 30 “Smoking is not permitted in the common area, balconies, inside the room , the main lobby, the lifts, the parking areas, or the Management office except for at the designated area (a minimum of 5 meters apart from the wall of building)”

• Cigarette butts disposed improperly can be a fire hazard
• In the case that the fire alarm is activated due to smoking, there is a fine of 2000 baht per time
• The smell of cigarettes can cause allergies
