In order to minimize the risks of Covid-19 at Millennium Residence in Bangkok, please kindly be informed of the following measures:
- Reduction of technicians working in the units with the exception of power outages, water related issues, A/C problems and matters related to the safety on the Millennium Residence buildings. Technicians are asked to always wear face masks, hand sanitize often and measure the body temperature.
- Always wear a mask in the common areas of Millennium Residence to prevent spreading of Covid-19. Playground, lifts and lobbies are subject to always wear a face mask.
- Fit-out and decoration work measures in the Millennium Residence units are subject for relevant rules and regulations. Existing work can be concluded with strict guidelines while new work in the Millennium Residence units are subject for a case-by-case approval and to show Covid-19 medical certificate and travel history for past 15 days.
Please contact the Millennium Residence juristic office for all the latest and relevant rules and regulations in related to the above as there might be more requirements related to the same.
